Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition or differs from the confirmed order details, customers are requested to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images for review.
